Madonna holds a Masters Degree (1998) in Executive Management specializing in the Training of Women Entrepreneurs from the Maastricht School of Management, The Netherlands. A Post-Graduate Diploma from the School of Translators Ghana 1991-95 specializing in French, Spanish, English, International Relations, Law, Conference Terminology.

She also holds Higher Diploma (1993-94) Diplime Superieur Universite. In French and Civilisation from the Universite Cheikh Anta Diop-Dakar Senegal and then holds a Diploma in Spanish from the University of Madrid-Spain (1996) Presently she has been admitted to the Masters of International Policy and Practice Program (M.I.P.P) at the George Washington University (The ELLIOTT SCHOOL OF INTERNATIONAL AFFAIRS) Washington DC, U.S.A.

Madonna has held a variety of positions from 1989 – 2000 as a Facilitator/Translator, Interpreter, Rapporteur, Programme Manager and Management Consultant for International Organizations such CIDA-Canadian International Development Agency; Agro Forestry Business; Development, Marketing and Social Research Institute, Unilever and DANIDA – Danish Development Agency and participated in International Conferences and Workshops.

She is an active member of several Professional Associations such as Federation for Business and Professional Women-Ghana, Ghana Association of Women Entrepreneurs (GAWE) and YWCA – Ghana.
